RJ O’Connell & Associates, Inc. (RJOC) is a civil engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm based in Stoneham, MA, proudly serving New England since 2004. Backed by more than 35 years of collaboration among our Founding Principals, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted partner delivering exceptional work and long-term client relationships.
