RJ O’Connell & Associates, Inc. (RJOC) is a Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying firm established in 2004. The founding Principals have worked together for over 35 years with the first ten at a previous Architecture and Engineering Company. Our extensive experience in land development over the years sets us apart as a firm that can provide creative solutions for the most complex of projects and produce a design that achieves our clients’ goals. Each principal has a distinguished track record of providing our clients with the highest quality of services and are actively involved in each project to ensure client expectations are achieved.
Specializing in the design and permitting of land development projects, our team of seasoned professional engineers and land surveyors have worked on all types of land development projects that include multifamily residential, retail, mixed-use, warehousing/logistics and life sciences.
