Smart Site Planning for a Compact Restaurant Pad

A final pad site. A new quick-service restaurant. A compact project that required smart planning, clear circulation, and careful permitting. RJ O’Connell provided site/civil engineering, stormwater management, permitting, and construction-phase support for the Popeyes at Enfield Square.

Located at Enfield Square Mall, the new Popeyes activates one of the property’s last remaining pad sites with a modern restaurant, 23 parking spaces, and a convenient drive-thru.

RJOC coordinated vehicle circulation, parking, pedestrian access, utilities, drainage, and drive-thru flow within a limited site area. The team also designed the stormwater system needed to support long-term site performance.
