RJOC worked in close collaboration with the Landscape Architect to design and permit a refined outdoor space intended for the homeowner’s year-round enjoyment with family and guests. The project encompasses newly constructed bluestone patios, stone retaining walls, an outdoor kitchen, a spa, a fire pit, integrated lighting, and a water feature. Furthermore, RJOC developed and seamlessly integrated a drainage system into the design, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic harmony within the space.
