Congratulations to Matt Lowry, PLS on his recent promotion to Shareholder & Associate Principal at RJOC
We are proud to announce the promotion of Matt Lowry, PLS, to Shareholder and Associate Principal at RJOC – a milestone that reflects both his individual contributions and the depth of expertise he brings to our firm.
Matt joined RJOC in 2020 and has built a distinguished career in land surveying spanning more than three decades. He holds a Massachusetts Professional Land Surveyor license and has overseen complex boundary surveys, title plans, highway layouts, and construction layouts across New England. His appointment marks a significant moment for RJOC as Matt is the first Professional Land Surveyor to become a Shareholder in the firm’s history.
