RJOC Welcomes Alex Terk and Montgomery Kwagala to the team
We’re pleased to welcome Alex Terk and Monty Kwagala as our newest Staff Engineers.
Alex brings a strong technical foundation to RJOC, holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University along with an impressive range of field certifications, including NETTCP licenses in concrete, paving, and soils and aggregates inspection, a Certified SWPPP Inspector designation, and OSHA-40 certification.
Prior to joining RJOC, Alex gained experience in site design, drainage analysis, and construction administration across residential, retail, and industrial projects.
Outside the office, Alex has already visited more than 10 countries, a curiosity and drive that clearly extends beyond the drawing board.
Monty brings experience in civil site design, stormwater management, wetlands permitting, septic and sewer design, and construction supervision, with exposure to both commercial development and heavy civil construction across public- and private-sector projects.
Monty earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UMass Lowell and relocated from Texas to join the New England land development market. He’s already made himself at home, and rumor has it, he plays three musical instruments.
