afounding team member, Bill joined RJOC at its inception, bringing his CAD expertise to help establish the firm’s technical foundation. As CAD Manager and Associate Principal, he collaborates with senior management to guide the company’s direction while ensuring RJOC remains at the forefront of industry advancements in hardware and software.
Bill has extensive experience preparing civil documents across diverse project types, including commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and residential developments, as well as subdivision and roadway improvements. His responsibilities include creating concept plans, design, and land use permitting documents encompassing site demolition, erosion control, grading, drainage, utilities, septic systems, parking, and traffic control plans—all aligned with project schedules and budgets.
In his management role, Bill established and maintains RJOC’s CAD standards, including a comprehensive standard details library. He even developed an in-house CAD training program that all new employees complete, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across the firm’s technical deliverables.
Prior to joining RJOC, Bill was CAD Manager at Gale Associates.
Outside of RJOC Bill is an avid fly fisherman who likes to vacation with his wife and 3 dogs in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. He also is a registered volunteer with Project Healing Waters which uses fly fishing to help veterans dealing with PTSD.
