With over 35 years in the industry, Steve joined RJOC in 2007 as a Project Manager and has since advanced to Associate Principal, where he actively contributes to business development, client relations, staff mentoring, team scheduling, and the firm’s overall management and direction.
Steve’s project management experience encompasses a diverse range of land development projects, including regional and local shopping centers, hospitality and warehousing. He has developed significant expertise in Nantucket developments, contributing to waterfront retail, housing, and hospitality projects.
Well-versed in every phase of the land development process, Steve guides projects from feasibility and concept planning through design development, permitting, construction document preparation, and construction administration. His comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle ensures seamless delivery that consistently meets client expectations.
Prior to joining RJOC, Steve was a civil engineer at Dewberry for 20 years.
