With over 35 years in civil design, project management, and department leadership, Roy serves as Vice President and Principal at RJOC. In this role, he shapes the firm’s strategic direction, spearheads growth initiatives, mentors team members, and oversees financial management to ensure sustained success. Roy has master-planned, designed, permitted, and supervised construction for commercial, retail, telecommunications, and multifamily developments across New England. His expertise in managing large-scale projects, many between a half-million and 2 million square feet. Roy also brings specialized knowledge in stormwater management, septic systems, water quality systems, water supply systems, and utility design.
