with over 20 years of experience in land development, Mike joined RJOC in 2021 as Senior Designer and has since advanced to Associate status. He plays a key role in developing both innovative and cost-effective solutions for a diverse range of land development projects.
Mike brings specialized expertise in stormwater management, earthwork, and utility design. He works closely with Principals-in-Charge and clients to navigate the entitlement process efficiently, applying strategic planning and technical knowledge to ensure each project meets client expectations while addressing regulatory considerations.
Mike’s interaction and mentoring of new staff are invaluable to RJOC, ensuring the consistent quality and standardization of our design product deliverables.
Before joining RJOC, Mike was a Civil Engineer with Meridian Associates.
Mike is a lifelong resident of the North Shore, living with his wife and daughter. He enjoys football, exploring local restaurants, and spending time outdoors with his family.
