with 27 years in land development, Brian joined RJOC in 2017 as an Associate Principal, where he develops and maintains strategic relationships with clients, regulators, and consultants while providing comprehensive project oversight and management.
Brian’s expertise spans retail, commercial, mixed-use, and both single and multi-family land developments throughout Massachusetts. He has carved out a specialized niche in high-end residential projects in the Boston area, where his attention to detail and understanding of client needs have earned him a strong reputation. Brian excels at developing permit and design documents, formulating strategic approaches to complex challenges, and representing RJOC at public hearings and presentations.
Brian plays an integral role in RJOC’s business development initiatives, mentoring staff, managing project schedules, and contributing to the firm’s financial operations to ensure continued growth and success.
Before joining RJOC, Brian was Senior Project Manager at DiPrete Engineering.
When he’s not in the office or working remotely, Brian’s usually hanging out with his three kids—shooting hoops, fishing, hiking in the woods, or taking a chilly dip in the ocean at least once a month.
