with over 35 years in civil engineering and land development, Brian serves as Senior Vice President and a Founding Principal at RJOC, where he plays a pivotal role in setting the firm’s overall direction, developing business opportunities, focusing on client relationships, and ensuring financial success.
Brian’s project management experience encompasses developments ranging from 30,000 to more than 750,000 square feet, with comprehensive oversight of site/civil engineering services from planning and design through land use permitting and construction. He has expertise in both urban and rural development, adapting his approach to meet the unique challenges of each site and project.
Before co-founding RJOC, Brian was a Project Manager at the Boston office of Carter & Burgess. Known for his relationship-building skills, Brian has cultivated strong professional connections based on trust and consistent delivery. His commitment to client satisfaction has resulted in repeat business from prominent developers throughout New England. Brian’s leadership skills have made him a prime consultant for major projects, where he efficiently guides consultant teams through the complex design and permitting process.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, travelling to new places, and completing home improvement projects.
