ith over 35 years in land development and civil engineering, Brian leads RJOC as President and Founding Principal, where he sets the company’s vision and strategic direction while managing daily operations and ensuring financial stability.
Brian’s expertise spans projects ranging from 10,000 to over 500,000 square feet, overseeing all aspects of site/civil engineering services from initial project planning through construction. He guides teams through the complete project lifecycle, including land use permitting, engineering design, and construction oversight, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Before co-founding RJOC, Brian led the Land Development Unit at the Boston office of Carter & Burgess, where he established himself as a trusted industry leader. His professional credentials include registration as a Professional Engineer in Maine to Pennsylvania, demonstrating his wide expertise and commitment to the land development sector across the Northeast.
