The recently completed Station 316 Apartments project stands as a testament to strategic civil engineering and design, successfully delivering a residential complex that offers a genuine “private oasis” feeling while maintaining premium connectivity. The site’s location provides easy access to major retail hubs, including Woburn Village, Burlington Mall, and Lynnfield Market Street.
RJOC is proud to have been part of the team assembled by Fairfield Residential to develop this apartment community in Woburn. The project’s civil design focused on creating a serene living environment that deliberately counterbalances the typical demands of city life. This was achieved through careful site planning and the strategic placement of infrastructure to minimize noise and maximize aesthetic appeal. RJOC played a crucial role in ensuring the site’s efficient integration with the surrounding landscape and transportation networks
Critical attention was paid to site grading and stormwater management. The design implemented modern drainage solutions to handle runoff efficiently, which is essential for preserving the manicured, oasis-like quality of the landscaping, ensuring the site remains pristine and comfortable regardless of weather conditions.
