On the heels of the recently completed renovation of the Meadow Glen Shopping Center, The Hanover Companies transformed a vacant six-acre parcel that Shaw’s Supermarket had previously operated into a 350-unit multifamily residential complex. RJOC was the lead consultant for preparing permit applications and engineering design plans to obtain permit approvals. Completed in June 2021, the renovations to the property have resulted in improvements to the municipal sewer system, upgrades to the Locust Street roadway to improve both vehicular traffic flow and pedestrian connectivity to the Meadow Glen Shopping Center located directly across the street. A new stormwater management system has been designed and constructed to meet the stormwater objectives as outlined in both state and city regulations.
