ZMA Development aims to revitalize the South Shore Plaza property, a regional shopping center serving the South Shore, by constructing a 325-unit mid-rise residential community. This development will be strategically situated at the southeastern corner of the property, which consists of vacant and underutilized parking areas.
Adjacent to the Old Quincy Reservoir, RJOC is providing civil engineering design and land use permitting services to support ZMA’s development program. The project includes relocating an active sewer main and upgrading the existing stormwater management system, with its primary focus being pollutant removal, groundwater recharge, and reducing phosphorus and nitrogen loading.
