The land planning phase for this redevelopment project began in 2016 and culminated in the construction of four buildings. A 3-story self-storage building (100,500 SF) and three 1-story self-storage buildings, 8,700 SF each, with 91 parking spaces.

Permitting included Zoning Board of Appeals Approval of Variances from the Zoning Bylaw Dimensional Requirements and Planning Board Approval of a Major Site Plan Special Permit for Use, Planning Board Special Permit for Land Disturbance & Stormwater Management, Planning Board Approval of a Public Way Access Permit, and NPDES Construction General Permit.
