Constructed in 1978, this 300,000 +/- sf shopping mall underwent a significant renovation in 2015. Bookended by Marshalls and Kohl’s, the remaining 200,000 +/- sf shopping center was razed to make way for the construction of a Wegmans Supermarket, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Petco. The site renovations were performed with both Kohl’s and Marshalls remaining operational. RJOC was the lead consultant for preparing permit applications and engineering design plans to obtain permit approvals. Completed in 2017, the renovations to the property have improved pedestrian access from the abutting roadway network, increased landscape areas, and parking lot upgrades designed to enhance internal traffic circulation and pedestrian connectivity to the tenant storefronts. An enhanced on-site stormwater management system has been designed and constructed to control and treat stormwater runoff.
