Located at 490 Arsenal Way, LINX was initially a 185,000 SF Life Science building in the East End of Watertown. The two-story building developed by Boylston Properties opened in 2018 and was fully leased before being acquired by Clarion Partners and Leggett McCall later that year.
With Developer Leggett McCall, an additional 104,000 SF of lab and office space was designed and permitted in 2023 and awaits the start of construction. LINX offers numerous amenities, including an acre of outdoor green space with direct connection to the Watertown Greenway and Bike Path, a dramatic 33-foot-high lobby with a café, and bike storage for over 100 bicycles.
