A 90,000 square foot, 200-plus room, Hyatt Hotel including a Pool, Fitness Center and Health Club, meeting rooms, adjacent dining options, and over 400 parking spaces. Construction required selective, surgical demolition of portions of the iconic Braintree Sheraton Tara Hotel, developed and operated by the Flatley Company, built in 1972 and closing in 2010. Joining the Hyatt Place complex in recent years are notable eateries such as Legal Seafood, Tavern in the Square, and QDOBA Mexican Grill.
