This project is the classic example of the redevelopment of an underutilized property in a prime location. The existing office/warehouse with a large parking lot was redeveloped into a five-story multi-family apartment building housing 270 units. Parking is provided in a 5-level parking garage with 417 spaces, and there are 50 surface parking spaces. Outdoor amenity spaces include a pool, seating areas with fire pits and grilling areas, and a dog park.
Permitting included Select Board Site Plan Approval, Planning Board Special Permit for Use, Stoneham Stormwater Board Drainage Approval, Conservation Commission Order of Conditions, MWRA 8m Permit, and NPDES Construction General Permit.
