Chelsea Point provides direct access to all neighborhoods and suburbs of Boston, as well as Logan Airport.
Permitting included Zoning Board of Appeals Approval of Special Permit and Variances for Building Height and Setbacks, Planning Board Approval of Special Permit and Major Site Plan, Conservation Commission Order of Conditions and, NPDES Construction General Permit.
