RJOC secured land use permits on behalf of The Seyon Group to transform a vacant 140,000sf commercial building that was operated as a fulfillment center into a research and development facility operated by 24m. 24m specializes in the development of lithium-ion batteries for use in electric vehicles, electric storage facilities, and other applications. The property is located within a well-head zone of a public water supply, and as a result, an enhanced on-site stormwater management system was designed to control and remove pollutants from rainfall runoff before its discharge from the property.
