He has managed a variety of project types from commercial, regional shopping, and big box centers to hotel and restaurant sites. In addition to his Project Management duties, Steve is active in our Business Development efforts and firm management. |

Bill was one of RJOC’s first employees back in 2004. As our CAD Manager, he has over 18 years experience in computer aided design. He is responsible for our drafting standards, layer management, document quality, and software procurement to keep up to date with industry standards. Bill also plays a key role in our manpower scheduling and our Business Development efforts. |

Brian joined RJOC in May of 2017 as a Project Manager and Associate. Brian has over 21 years of experience providing civil engineering design and permitting assistance to an assorted range of projects and clientele throughout New England. He oversees a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, retail, office, residential, and mixed use. As a member of the leadership team, Brian is a driving force behind our business development efforts. |
