Congratulations to Mike Capachietti on his recent promotion to Associate at RJOC

Mike Capachietti brings more than 20 years of experience in stormwater management, earthwork, and utility design to RJOC’s Land Development practice. He works closely with the firm’s Principals and clients to streamline permitting and approvals, applying his deep technical knowledge to deliver efficient, compliant, and client-focused solutions. As an Associate, Mike will play an increased leadership role, overseeing project quality, mentoring staff, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth.
