RJOC appoints Brian Dundon as New President
A founding Principal, Brian will now lead the company’s strategic direction while continuing to oversee daily operations.
This leadership transition marks an important milestone for the Stoneham-based firm, known for its expertise in multifamily and commercial development projects throughout the Northeast. Brian succeeds Rich O’Connell, who founded the company and whose name remains central to the firm’s identity and legacy.
“I am honored to step into this role and build upon the strong foundation initially established by Rich O’Connell,” said Brian.
“Our commitment to delivering exceptional engineering solutions, maintaining close client partnerships, and providing hands-on principal involvement in every project will remain our guiding principles as we move forward.”
With over 35 years of experience in land development and civil engineering, Brian brings extensive expertise to his expanded leadership role. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed projects ranging from 10,000 to over 500,000 square feet, overseeing all aspects of site/civil engineering services from initial planning through construction completion.
“Brian has been a driving force behind RJOC’s success since the beginning,” said Rich O’Connell, Founding Principal. “His leadership, technical excellence, and client-focused approach make him the ideal person to guide the company into its next chapter. I look forward to continuing our work together in delivering the high-quality services our clients have come to expect.”
