We are pleased to announce Scott L’Italien, PLS has been promoted to Survey Manager for RJOC.  Scott has 15 years of experience and joined us in 2008 as our first crew member. He has been instrumental in solidifying our team and reputation in the survey field. Scott oversees all aspects of the Survey Department.
