Over 200 people braved the chilly weather Saturday morning, November 29th, for the long awaited Grand Opening of the newest store in the Demoulas Super Market chain. All were treated to opening remarks by Arthur T. Demoulas and Waltham Mayor Jeannette McCarthy as well as a great continental breakfast spread put out by the employees.

Market Basket is the latest tenant to open at 1265 Main, a mixed use commercial development under way by RMD Inc. of Tewksbury, MA.

Previous tenants to open are Marshalls and Jake n JOES with a Starbucks ready any day now. All of these are part of the first phase of the 1.2 million square feet planned for 1265 Main.
